Beauty: 5 To Try

Five Beauty Products To Try

I love reading product round ups and favourites so I thought I'd share with you a few beauty products that I'm really enjoying using right now. I'm covering everything from a makeup remover to a hair mask so hopefully there's something in here that takes your fancy.

So, starting with makeup removal is the Chanel Demaquillant Yeux Intense eye makeup remover. A pricey and slightly indulgent pick, but certainly one worth checking out, this is a bi-phase formula that once poured on a cotton round and held over the eye melts everything in an instant. Perfect for liquid eyeliner and waterproof formulations if that's your thing. It's super gentle on the eyes and gets the job done quickly - can't recommend it enough.

I picked up this tiny Tatcha Polished Classic Rice Enzyme Powder from the dinky travel section in Sephora as it was so cute, not gonna lie! As the name suggests, it's a powder which activates with water to slough away dead skin and leave the complexion smooth and bright. It's also gentle enough to use every day, although personally, twice a week works best for me. This little tube is lasting me forever too which is quite handy seeing as we can't buy Tatcha too easily in the UK.

This cute Paul & Joe Sun Protection SPF 20 Body Mist* is the most gorgeously scented sun product I've ever seen. It's a beautiful floral scent that's so uplifting. It's a silky creamy mist which sinks straight into the skin and keeps my skin soft and protected from the sun's rays. As the weather is all over the place at the moment this Paul & Joe SPF mist is perfect for keeping in your bag and applying as and when. The packaging is so adorable!

I can't go long without talking about face masks so I had to include this Body Shop pick. The Body Shop Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask is literally a tube of thick honey gooey goodness, and leaves my skin intensely hydrated after 10 minutes. As the seasons start to change it can wreck havoc on the skin, so adding a moisturising and soothing mask like this into the mix is at the top of my to do list.

For hair I've been using the Original & Mineral  Seven Day Miracle Moisture Hair Mask to keep my split ends in check and to make sure my locks are as shiny and healthy as they can be. Best used once a week, this macadamia seed and argan oil infused treatment restores my hair without weighing it down. An unsung hero, for sure.

Have you tried any of these before, or are you tempted?
