The weekly #04

This week has been long and, as always, the weekend has sailed by. I can't believe its Monday tomorrow already. I went along to the Professional Beauty show at ExCeL London today which was such a great day with so much to see, but likewise lots of walking (and shopping) was to be had, Anyway, I digress as I think about the impending week ahead.

I've been so makeup focused recently, which is odd considering I've always been such a skincare junkie (all blame lies with Elemis on that one). I've been concentrating on getting my skin back to a more manageable state and so to this end I've been reaching for the Pai Rosehip BioRenegerate Oil which calms and soothes the skin whilst giving it a kick of moisture. It's supposed to help fade blemish scars as well but it's still fairly early days on that one.

Another moisture hit has come from the Origins Make A Difference Plus Treatment which I can't praise enough. This is my third tub and I honestly can't remember life without it. If you have dehydrated problematic skin you need this. Seriously.

At last the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade is in stock over at the enabler that is Cult Beauty. I didn't know how I'd get on with this but it glides on and stays put. A little goes a long way which I've discovered over the past week but I almost have application down. No Scouse brow here.
I use the shade Dark Brown, which is the ashiest of the browns, but its not quite the perfect shade.
I was wondering whether the Blonde option might work better for me as its quite buildable but not sure as yet.

I'm still deeply head over heels for the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Radiant Magenta.
It gives such a pretty pop of colour and I think it's perfect for this time of year. I need to get down to a counter soon to see the rest of the range as it was difficult to pick online. Read more about my thoughts on these blushes here.

I've been using the Nuxe Reive De Miel in jar form for a while, and whilst it does have a lovely soft texture it's not very hygienic to be sticking your finger into when on the go. I picked up the stick version for my handbag which I'm also really enjoying. It's not as good as the jar version, but hygiene is most def a plus.

What have you been reaching for this week?
